What is a good no-strings-attached free webhost that I can install a free shopping cart system on?

I noticed this question has been asked and answered in various forms but never specifically mentioning the best of both worlds.
Are there any free web hosts that support a variety of languages and mysql that many free shopping carts can be used on?

You had no answers, because the simple answer is:
NONE.
(Free webhosts do not allow financial transactions, and very few will allow server-side scripts such as a shopping cart)
Buy a domain (10$), rent a server (50$), write your code: you may then be taken seriously by your "clients".

  2. In my own opinion, there is no free web hosting site that could allow you to do what you want. All free web hosting sites has too many restriction you could never do anything that you want. You should try subscribing to cheap web hosting site like http://vexxhost.com, I’m currently using it right now and I had the same questions in the past as you have right now. They can cater everything you need.
