To find the IP of the domain, open a command prompt and type ping www.domaintools.com and hit enter. Replace domain.com with the actual domain. You can also try looking up the site on www.domain.com that might give you some more information. You can also look at the domain servers. That will give you a good start as to who to contact. Open a command prompt windows start => cmd Type in your command prompt "tracert www.yourdomain.com" (without the quotes) and the last trace should tell you the webhost.
