How to build a website after registering and finding a webhost?

I dont know how to "edit" my page and i wanted to set up a webcam type site (not porn i promise!) any help would be awesome.

  2. If you already have the files, you can open then with notepad or notepad++ and edit if you know html. If not, you’ll need a WYSIWYG program that is gui based like Dreamweaver or Eclipse.org. W3schools has very helpful tutorials. For the webcam part, you will need to hire someone to do that. For a beginner, which seems like you are, its going to be difficult to impossible for you to do on your own. Its going to take a lot of programming and a lot of knowledge to complete the job.
