how to get free web space for hosting a website?

i want to host a website for some learing purpose so i want some web space to host my website.
One of my friend suggest that there are lots of services available on the internet who provide the free service for web hosting. so could u pls suggest some of them to me. thanx in advance……

    But they won’t safe…they Information get Hacked…….They are not easy to host….

    So that i say my experience…I hosted my site as Free Of cost,that is safe Free HOST….Because i got the .com Domain name registration at low cost http://www.tucktail.com/ in that site….they provided me Free blog,Photo album,also Free Hosting and More FREE services,so that that is Possible….
