Is it true that black ops dedicated servers will cost money?

I have PS3 but I love dedicated servers and I was looking at black ops things and one website and it said it would cost money

  3. treyarch dedicated servers are totally free for all systems..PC however has the option where you can rent your own servers that YOU host. Those are the only ones you pay for and they arent like set up by treyarch i forgot who but like say you want to host a modded server with your own mods because pc will bring legit modding tools then you can pay for your own server. You can always play on treyarch dedicated servers for free so dont worry

  4. I bet that the servers will still be unlocked by level unlike everything else like guns, perks,kill streak rewards, attachments, equipment, in-game skins, and gun camos.
