Does CoD Black Ops Treyarch-hosted dedicated servers on the PC rank players?

In CoD MW2 for the PC there is no ranking system, will it be the same on CoD BO? I kinda like being ranked so I know how far I need to improve (I’m currently ranked 6M plus on MW2 Xbox hahaha). I can’t seem to find any details about it.
