Hi Every1 this video is a tutorial on how to make Ur own cs 1.6 server
before we start download these links:

this step will take time coz u will be downloading a 350 mg or more….

this what u should write in the command line:
hldsupdatetool.exe -command update -game valve -dir .

hldsupdatetool.exe -command update -game cstrike -dir .

important leave a space between the dir and the( . ) u must write the ( . )
