Is there any way to get a cheap dedicated internet connection to home?

Is there any cheap dedicated internet connection to home i live in the GTA btw. I need a cheap unmeterred DEDICATED connection. I need it for a couple web servers i plan to run in my basement (i ALREADY have it setup in my basement in a small 12U rack)

Probably the cheapest you can get is a 1 or 2 Mbps SDSL connection. It’ll cost you a hell of a lot more than even a nominally faster consumer ADSL package but the bandwidth is symmetrical and typically (check before you sign up) uncontended and backed up by guaranteed bandwidth on the ISP’s network. No idea about pricing in Canada but they are in the region of £100 a month here in the UK.
