Dedicated servers for $35/month cheap?

Hello,
I am planning on purchasing a dedicated server and i found http://www.wesellservers.com/ they offer dedicated servers from $35/month and unmetered servers for another $30 is this a good deal? Can anyone recommend me a good hosting company?

I rented a server from these guys and service was excellent. The server its self was a little slow but for $35 bucks well worth the money. I paid for the windows 2003 install and the guy I talked to helped me set up the remote desktop connection and was understanding when it came to any questions I had. 5 stars DEFIANTLY recommended.
