There are lots of free hosting that offers ASP hosting. Give a search on Yahoo/Google, you will find plenty of offers.
I personally used www.1asphost.com ; their service is good, easy to manipulate and free. I prefer their feature "upload all files as single zip file, system will extract automatically". This option let you upload many files with single mouse click.

http://www.000webhost.com/ has a free option. I’m not sure if it’s only PHP or not. It’s worth a shot.
