What is the online WYSIWYG editor that was also a webhost and used to be advertised all the time on Revison 3?

Used to be a sponsor on Diggnation and TRS. It was supposed to be an easy webuilder
All of the editors you see are really just JavaScript textboxes. I own a couple but actually use one of the many free ones. If you do a search on ’sitebuilders’ I’d bet you’ll get a ton of hits.

Whats a cheap webhost that supports PHP scripting?

I have finished my first site, which I have a PHP script attatched to my contact page that sends the info from the form to my e-mail address, What is a easy to use webhost that supports php?
