Get the address of the webhost. Then go to Start Menu > Run > and type cmd.exe
Here, type "ping www.addresshere.com" (Without quotes, replace www.addresshere.com with the address of your free webhosting space.) and hit enter. Then copy the IP address somewhere and go to your Domain Name settings website. Make it so the domain name points to a host and uses the IP address you got from PING.
Example:
Pinging www.l.google.com [209.85.173.147] with 32 bytes of data:
So I would go to my domain website: http://www.dyndns.org , and change the host ip to 209.85.173.147 so my domain points to google.
Under the Domain Registered section I already have one domain registered but I need another domain for school and work purposes. It says I have 1 free on this account. If I register another domain will I have to pay more fees? If you can help me that would be awesome!

If you have such a credit, you can use it for the renewal *or* for a new registration.

My webhosting company allows me to use SSH for my website. Does this mean I could SSH in the Linux os and launch the files need to run the dedicated server? Or is the SSH limited to just the website root directory?
Possibly. You need to read your terms of service with your web host. Many times, even if you have direct SSH to your server, you are not allowed to use it as a certain kind of server. For instance, you might not be allowed to install an IRC server, or a game server.
